SAMEN WACHTEN

TU/Delft found that waiting for appointments at Rotterdam Municipality causes a lot of stress. To combat this, the 'Samen Wachten' app was created. It helps visitors of public locations in Rotterdam relax by allowing them to listen to stories told by Rotterdammers about their favorite places in the city.
